| Las Vegas, NV Budget Center Inc (OTC: BDGN) ("the Company") announces that the Company has contracted The Wendling Group, LLC ("TWG") to provide IT services in accordance with building out its web presence in the online travel industry. TWG designs, constructs and/or services online and offline solutions for a number of entities, principally in the travel business. These include both the websites and/or marketing solutions for Allegiant Travel (www.allegiantair.com) and World Airways (www.worldairways.com), which were two profitable domestic airlines over the past two years. Budgethotels.com (Budget) will develop a working relationship with HotelsCombined (HC), which is a hotel metasearch engine company located in Sydney Australia and previously announced by the Company on November 23, 2009.
