| Las Vegas, NV Budget Center Inc (OTC: BDGN) ("the Company") announces that the Company has contracted The Wendling Group, LLC ("TWG") to provide IT services in accordance with building out its web presence in the online travel industry. TWG designs, constructs and/or services online and offline solutions for a number of entities, principally in the travel business. These include both the websites and/or marketing solutions for Allegiant Travel (www.allegiantair.com) and World Airways (www.worldairways.com), which were two profitable domestic airlines over the past two years. Budgethotels.com (Budget) will develop a working relationship with HotelsCombined (HC), which is a hotel metasearch engine company located in Sydney Australia and previously announced by the Company on November 23, 2009. Initially, Budget will utilize the HC's Private Branding product to develop an interim site that will feature all of the components of HC's main site while a new site is constructed. The new Budgethotels.com, which is currently being designed and will be delivered in the first quarter of 2010, will use HC's Web Services API to establish a direct connection and enable Budget to develop, merchandise and market a website "as good as its name". The new Budget site will be SEO compliant to maximize exposure in the world's leading search engines and will be marketed using the latest Web 2.0 techniques and establishing joint venture relationships with natural partners. HC has direct links with over 30 of the largest worldwide hotel providers and online travel agents with the intent to link the consumer to the lowest published price on the Internet. HC's Web Services API will translate all information into more than a dozen languages and currencies to enable Budget to market effectively to a worldwide audience. TWG will enable the new website to operate on all browsers and multiple releases of those browsers. Microsoft's Windows Explorer browser commanded well over 90 percent of the market in the past but it represents less than three quarters of the market today due to the increased popularity and increased market share of Firefox and Safari (Apple). Each page of the website will be coded with the appropriate tags from Google Analytics to track the information and activity on the website. This will enable Management to monitor all of the global traffic on the website and how it originates, which will provide the Company with the ability to customize its marketing strategies.
